I recently made a couple tools to help me work on my chainsaw.

First, is a sleeve for a small screwdriver which keeps the screwdriver aligned on the carburetor mixture screws. With the saw bouncing about this helps tremendously.



Next up, a clutch removal tool. Cut from a scrap of 1/4" plate, a few holes drilled for the 1/4" pins and the drive shaft of the saw. I didn't have a more suitable nut to weld on than a nylon lock nut (which I don't recommend for many reasons) but it did the trick. The pin which is shorter than the clutch is deep should have been longer, but I'm not sure what happened when I marked it to cut it off and because I was lazy and feeling frugal with my drill rod - I left it.
