Champion blower & forge 20" drillpress

Bob showed up with a new toy to add to my collection of future to do projects
it is a Champion blower & forge 20" drill press with power feed.
This horribly neglected little drill press had belonged to Bob's dad. About 6 years ago I saw it laying on the ground out behind his dad's barn and made the comment that the majestic little drill deserved better than slowly rotting away in the weeds. As a teenager I had used a big cousin to this one a Buffalo camel back. I told his dad that I would love to have it.
well his dad is now 86 years old and the other day told Bob's brother to clean up around the barn by hauling some scrap iron to sell but the drill press was to be sent to me






The last time I saw it some of the moving parts still moved
I don't have the time right now to do a restore but am going to start a rust treatment process on it at least to stop further degrading
