That Champion mill looks suspeciously like a Craftex Mill, and a Grizzly Mill, and a Precision Matthews Mill, and probably a handful of others I don't know about. Which company actually manufactures these mills?

"Which company actually manufactures these mills?"
Most are generic with differences in quality depending on who makes them and what standards and quality the buyer specifies. Often an importer will start with a very well made and highly spec'd machine and when a customer base is established switch manufacturers for a low spec slapped together budget item but still demand the initial prices.
A big tell is when the picture on the brochure does not match up with the item.

For an idea of commonality have a look on a site like Alibaba: https://www.alibaba.com/ or Made-In-China.com: https://www.made-in-china.com/
