    Seriously, what did they think was going to happen when they pushed that over. It is not like it even fell unexpectedly, they pushed it. They are actually lucky it did not break all the way through to the basement.

    The smart thing to do would have been to take it down brick by brick and rebuild it.

    They just thought they had the roof prepped for shingles now decking replacement is required.
    never enough time to do a job correctly but always seems to be enough to redo work already done.

    When I have to paint I use KBS products

    So a sacrificial $20 sheet of OSB to distribute the weight of the chimney didn't enter anyone's mind? As wide as the damage is, it had to take out at least one rafter. More than just a resheeting job guys!

    I'm thinking the guy in the red shirt may be the home owner. no tools not even gloves the one smoking the cigarette is probably the foreman or crew lead.
