No, no no. He's pulling on everything that's stuck & it'll only get move wedged in. He should be blowing down to dislodge everything & blow it clear. And he should have a camera on the front door for when it opens & whoever was in the house comes out.

Is that an uner ground house? Looks like the chimney is sticking out of the ground. Also looks like coal soot.
