    Having used a hair clipper for decades on what remains of my hair I suggest this is too complex. Typically you can use a small flat brush and get most of the hairs out. (easily 95%) Then perhaps occasionally (once a year?) unscrew the two screws holding the blade in place, clean and/or sharpen as needed.

    That said, in a real barber shop it may be required to disinfect the blade in this way between customers.
