The stamped words are the name of the logistics/transport company (eg DHL) - Big Logistics.
However, the video has been flipped in the vertical plane because the words are mirror images.

Hmmmm. I wonder if they're spraying plain water or if there's a binder in it.

I was wondering about water vs binder also. I came to the conclusion that there has to be binder. The small amount of water applied
would evaporate so quickly it would be useless to reduce dust.

    Binding agent

The trains we load around Gillette Wyo use a binding agent similar in consistency to dish soap prior to adding water. Reasonably thick, but still flows in cold temps.

BUT... did you level off the top of your coal, then emboss your company logo on the top of it, so people in airplanes flying over would be able to see where the coal came from?? (there is supposed to be some humor in there)

There are a lot of coal mines in China. Flattening the top of the load with the roller just makes spraying the dust mitigation substance more effective and efficient.Adding the company logo to the roller is a way to identify where the load originated. I doubt they had any other thoughts of how it might be taken as strange to those of us too lazy or too cheap to do the same with our coal trains
