collet for lathe

need to turn shanks on some capheads.
made up collet to hold threaded section in lathe, got slit full length and 2 half length.

its basically bit of rd bar turned down.
tapped m10 inernal then slit run down full length with two slits half way down at 120deg from each other to allow it clamp tightly rd threaded bar so threads dont get damaged by lathe chuck.
its not prettiest thing going but works and was done whilst still learning how to use lathe
