That was never going to work. More walers at the top than on the bottom. The few they had tied with thin gauge wire. What a mess.

Some very urgent cleaning up to do now, or chipping thereafter. Someone was not paying attention to this formwork construction.
He didn't have enough time to do it right, but he'll have plenty of time to do it over.
(An old quote I saw somewhere that seems to fit situations like this.)
