I think it would be quite the difficult task to create a pressure tight hull that's light enough to fly, even with today's technology.

And if anyone can, I'd bet it won't be General Dynamics. They couldn't figure out how to seal the fuel tanks in my F-111D's.

I don't wanna hear about no flyin' submarine thing! I was promised flying cars 50 years ago, and I still don't have one in my garage. Bummer!
