Little old me, only 57" unloaded hay bales this way; hundreds of them, but needed one hand support, firmer and wider than these 50kg bags.

Watch his knees... Every time he receives a bag, his knees are bend. He is not bending his knees in anticipation to cushion the load shock and protects his intervertebral discs, but rather, it's the load of the bag that shock his body and force his knees to bend and let his discs bear all the load shock. Had he been bending his knees and leaning his trunk forward before the bag hit his shoulder, his legs would have helped in absorbing some of the load shock.
