Didn’t see any outrigger on right side of truck. And truck was too close to edge of mountain. Looks like someone made a big mistake.

The right-hand outriggers were extended. It seemed the crane arm suddenly sped up whilst turning. Operator or equipment failure?

The two guys on the ground sure were not in any hurry to rush to the edge to see the results..........wonder if there was a driver in the truck?
