Probably more profitable to just send it to a scrap yard and let them deal with it.
I imagine they are after the reclaimed concrete as crushed rock.

Crushed concrete makes for a base. Weigh the rebar in.

No stems and seeds that you don't need....

Shred steel is $8 per 100# at my local scrapyard. I wonder how much diesel machine this burns per hour and if that makes it economical?
