    Probably more profitable to just send it to a scrap yard and let them deal with it.
    I imagine they are after the reclaimed concrete as crushed rock.

    Crushed concrete makes for a base. Weigh the rebar in.
    I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.
