A Custom Cart for my AirVolution™ Solo Kayak

This kayak cart was designed to match the hull of my Advanced Elements AirVolution. Being made of aluminum, steel, and expanded PVC trim board, it is in the class of carts costing $200. The design requires common hand tools plus a drill press. Minimal machining experience is required.
