Dangerous Chinese paper mill - GIF

Looks like tissue paper. That end of a paper machine is called the winder. I worked for an electrical contractor at a paper mill for 5 years. That’s exactly what their winders looked like. Not particularly dangerous compared to the rest of the machine. The biggest machine there put out newsprint at a rate of 3100 feet per minute. That’s more than 30 mph.
