Structural engineers! Who needs them?
I can't see this building standing for too long.
I note two diagonal beams at the end that help, but those columns look very slim.
The beams spanning the columns are sagging.
Stupid is forever, ignorance can be fixed.
Looks to me more like the demolition process.
Never finished and then abandoned...
