Fun fact, if not properly cooked those worms will release eggs in your digestive tract, burrow through your intestinal wall, travel through your bloodstream and get lodged in a capillary. Then it starts to grow and your body forms a cyst around it. I used to love sushi. Then I worked on a device to detect worms in a fish plant.
