Is this to save the Rhino from hunters wanting to kill them for their horns?

It is, 21 reported killed in in Kruger National Park in December 2024 and 17 in January 2025. 420 were killed in 2024 which fortunately was 15% lower than the previous year. 320 from state reserves and 100 from private reserves. Horns grow back at about 7cm per year, so de-horning needs to be done. However, the horn trade is not the only reason why the rhinos are poached although it is the primary one.
