Seems there was someone in the water tower when it colasped.

How do you figure that?

The flattened car at the thirty second mark appears to have no engine or interior.

The flattened car at the thirty second mark appears to have no engine or interior.

Watched it frame by frame couldn't see anyone in the tower either, but did see some large bits of concrete dislodged and fall prior to the tower being pushed over.
by all of the graffiti on the tower, you could be right, that car could have been stripped in place, or if it happened to be a running vehicle the engine and hard parts were pushed into the softer ground beneath it, the car at the 44 second mark is clearly on harder surface since it is holding the tower off the ground slightly
