Seems risky having the explosions so close to the new structure - both explosives and the debris.
I thought bridges built in China had a built in self destruct mechanism called Tofu Dreg.
I’m just glad the old bridge was labeled, I never would have figured that out.

What do they do with the debris from the old one? Let it all flow downstream? It's in the river so it just disappears?
