Just a SWAG, but if they are the same size, I would think the aluminium bronze would weigh less.

I think one would need Specific Gravity charts to get it Accurate.

That's the ticket...

Densities in gm/cm^3...

Aluminum bronze - 7.45
Beryllium copper - 8.25

So cut two pieces with a volume on the order of a cm^3 and the weight difference, 0.8 gm, should be easily measurable on a small jeweler style scale. Small cylinders with a diameter of 1 cm and a length of 4/pi = 1.273 cm would have a volume of 1 cm^3. Of course, all that's really important is that the two samples have the same volume and that their weight difference, calculated from the data above, is large enough to register well on whatever scale is available.
