Dividing Head To Harold Halls Design

    Hi ,
I just finished making my dividing head to Harold Halls Design amd I am quite
pleased with how it turned out as it allows me several ways to do division

Firstly I can do direct division using a gear wheel

or I can do direct division using a dividing plate

and of course I can do compound division using the gear and worm with a dividing plate

Unlike a normal dividing head that has a fixed 40:1 , 60:1 or 90:1 ratio I can simply chage the gear wheel
and have any ratio I want which then gives me more choices for divisions

The nose is made to fit Myford 3 or 4 jaw chucks, . My ER32 collet chuck holder and also has an internal
morse 2 taper so I can fit morse taper tooling
