I really don't like that overhang! Polishing needs a bit of pressure on the buff. May I suggest fitting a pulley to the motor and using it to power a spindle or two running in self aligning bearings? This gives far more access since the spindles can be made substantial and long enough to give a large work envelope. Buff speed can also be tailored to suit the material and buff size if more than one set of pulleys is used.
Nice job on free-handing that tapered thread!
Hi. I work with this tool every day. I made it for a specific machine and for specific tasks. Works great.

O.K. Doing jewelry, small work and light pressure. I'm more used to doing larger items that need a bit of grunt and for the initial cut considerable pressure, especially if it is Aluminium that someone has bead-blasted at 90 p.s.i.
Nice job on the inlay, Plasticine always has that last bit that is hard to get off/out aye. Was that floor sealer you used?

Shame on you, you are wearing a watch and a loose fitting piece of jewelry. If you worked for me they would come off or goodbye. Safety hazard and expensive insurance claim. It is impossible to wade thru 19 minutes with no translation no matter how great the subject matter.
