Looks like the truck must have hit the dog and either knocked him out or knocked the wind out of him the brown dog is clearly leashed to something, perhaps the other end ow whatever is under the truck.
Watching the brown dog drag his buddy then paw at his chest like he was giving him a dog's form of CPR. Glad the blond dog came around and looked OK.
If the guy who started to drag the dog off was the driver, I hope both doges came back and maul him just a little bit
