A lot of these kitchen utensils are just gimmicky but this one looks like something I'd want

Each new start should've been offset one radius to nest them better. That's all I could think about.

that's the way I cut things out using a tin can but the cuttings get rolled back into the dough so there really isn't much savings other than managing to get a couple more pieces for each rolling. Then again some doughs begin to plasticize from the gluten being over kneaded
