Mostly spade bits, which are not the best thing for drilling in metals, but there has to be a way to do it. I tried a search for "making miniature drill bits" and got lots of info on pin vises, but this was the only how they're made video I saw on tiny drill bits:
Though I must admit I didn't look very far.
If I had a customer require precision holes that small, I'd be the first to sadly admit the task might be beyond my skill set
