    Looks like a fast way to "spin" nuts but not technically "tighten" them. Would probably be more efficient with an innertube section. This is probably an "on site" idea using whatever is available. Hard to imagine that power tools designed for this job are not available though.

    It is a very effective method - they couldn't turn the second nut...
