Someone started to get out on the right side wearing a white shirt. but the guy who got out on the left was wearing a blue shirt. Are we to believe that person was so panicked or not knowledgeable enough to either pull the E brake or snake their foot to the driver's floorboard and step on the brake peddle.

There is that possibility or at least a younger person, the blue shirt was dropping off. If that's the case then the blue shirt falls deeper into the moron status. not insuring the car was in park or the parking brake set when he exited it

driver is blue shirt. notice brake light (between rear windsheild and right side rear window) disappears when he gets off. driver was stepping on pedal while passenger was trying to get out. passenger's foot got caught between the door, possibly injured and in pain not noticing the car going downhill. I dont understand why the driver disappeared w/ the car going downhill... he forgot to let go?
