Dumb Question time

I'm not very computer friendly (a little). How do I ask questions about past builds & get answers? Specifically there is a homemade metal bender by Tom Lipton that I like. The problem is the blueprints print very light & the dimensions don't appear. How do I get the missing information. Thanks.

If the tool is from another website, you would have to go there and ask, if you want to find the original builder. However, you can always ask any questions about any tool by posting on this forum.

Thankyou very much for your reply. I was able to enlarge the blueprints a little bit. I photographed each print on the screen & printed each photo. I can now make out the dimensions. For some reason unknown to me, my computer would not print the blueprints.
