Easy, Cheap Lock Weatherproofing - Padlocks, Combination Locks

Easy, quick DIY trick to weatherproof padlocks or combination locks. Will last for 10 years or so depending on the bottle used.

MATERIALS
- Softdrink bottle

I use 2 bicycle locks to help secure my 2 utility trailers. I beefed them up with pieces of stainless and protect them with shoe goo(Wal Mart $4.95 a tube)
