Agreed. I'm guessing the containment box has an open bottom and the truck hauling it picks it up from one end lowers it over the EV The roller in the center of the back is to be able to drag the box along the pavement with the EV being pulled along inside. doesn't look like it has ever been deployed to an actual fire or the paint would be burned off. The best solution to EV fires is don't buy the pieces of junk until battery technology reaches the point; they are not a fire hazard.
