    I have either 7200v or 14.4kv (not sure which) lines running up my 1000 ft long driveway with a transformer 50 ft from my house. There are probably 50 trees pushed up hard against the wires. No arcing. I wonder why this one let go. 27.6kv lines? Higher? Something particularly conductive about that tree?
