    Engraving tool

This is a little engraving tool, with a lozenge point.
It is made with a piece of square section HSS 3x3mm. It is inserted in a round section of mild steel (to avoid it engaging into the wood).

    Cheers !
    Christophe

    Thanks guys,
It is a repurposed handle, I would have preferred a mushroom shape,
    next time ...
This is curly ash, oiled, it's really good looking and nice for tool handles.

Hey Hotz, Christophe's creations always show the craftsman in him. Though I'm not a woodworker, I also appreciate fine woodworking tools.

If you consider the possible configurations and the care, form and line put into this configuration, it is artwork!
