I have help drop a cement block silo and that is NOT how ya do it. We knock a couple holes in the bottom just less than half way around from each other. Ran a cable thru the holes and looped it back to a tractor. The cable was long enough to keep the tractor out of the fall area and you just drive away, pulling the support out from under half the silo. It dropped right where we wanted it to.
