I've seen some cliffs like that in China. I wonder if this might be in China, at the beginning of the 3 gorges dam project or cutting out a placement for the footing of one of their many huge suspensions or arch bridges. The scary thing is China has built as much infrastructure in the past 30 odd years as the USA has in 200
Never try to tell me it can't be done

How I imagine the job interview went:

Do you have your harness training?

    Yes.

    Equipment Operator ticket?

    Check.

    Equipment harness training?

    ...sorry come again?

It wasn't working. They just swung it like a wrecking ball.
