I learned about it 25 years ago at a prototype machine shop, I didnt do any there but it was explaned to me. then I went to the corvete place up in kentuckey where they showed them making the frame rails,20 years pass and the car I have now has them... as for my vw stuff. the pickup tubes are restrictive with isant good and can induce cavatation, so i machined a jig and I hydro form the new pickup tubes for a much beter shape and flow.

That is a proper visualization. Normal blow molding is smaller items like milk containers, but real hard to expel sufficient air fast enough in tougher material.Quote:
