    Looks like fun, but how do you stop it.
    I have a 1972 Land Rover Series III Truck Cab/Pick-Up and a 1962 Land Rover Series 2a Carawagon Camper.

    That prop is barely turning. Maybe he has an electric motor to the wheels.

    What you are seeing is called the wagon wheel effect where the shutter speed closely matches the speed of rotation.
    Note when he first starts the engine it looks like you see several blades going one direction then as the speed of the engine levels out there are only 2 blades and they are going in the wrong direction of the engine.
