I wonder if the next time I visit China, likely later this year, if I'll see one of those trucks washing fences. With the smog in the large cities, it doesn't take long for the grit & grime to layer up and make everything quite dirty. Constant washing helps with this, and with the fence going done the median of the road, its definitely safer being cleaned with a truck. Constant traffic is a way of life there.
In Shanghai alone, there are likely hundreds of miles of fence like this to be cleaned.
