A buddy of mine lives on a reserve. He was telling me about how they fill these up with bear spray and chili powder then refill them so they can spray down the cops.
More than likely he was referring to the stainless steel water extinguishers. You simply put what you want in them, screw the top valve assemby on, and pressurize it with an air hose, watching the gauge to make sure not to over pressurize it.Quote:
