 if you hold down the door close button the entire time. So if an elevator is called to floor 3, but you're on floor 1 and want to get to floor 5, just hold down the door close and floor 5 buttons until you get to floor 5. It'll bypass the call to floor 3.

I live in the woods like a hermit and haven't been on an elevator in ages, but rumor has it you can go straight to your floor (and bypass all other floors) if you hold down the door close button the entire time. So if an elevator is called to floor 3, but you're on floor 1 and want to get to floor 5, just hold down the door close and floor 5 buttons until you get to floor 5. It'll bypass the call to floor 3.
