That has got to be something you'd find at a sushi bar
Never try to tell me it can't be done
When I have to paint I use KBS products
or maybe for pickling fish - some of those require thin slices for the curing.
We have a local grocery store chain that supplies sushi to all of the other stores. They make hundreds of pounds of sushi every day and they use a similar machine for some of theirs.
