Flag pole base

I finally got around to putting a pebble base around my flag pole.
The lights have always been there and it has been a royal pain to trim the grass every time we mow so in doing some curb shopping a while back I picked up a few sections of steel edging with stakes I decided that 2 of these interlocking sections would be perfect for forming a ring around my flag pole then fill with river pebbles.
First I sprayed the area with a substance call ground clear. It killed everything in 1 treatment, then just for giggles and grins I treated the area 2 more times staked the edging sown and filled with 400 lbs of pebbles
