Are you sure that there are not 3 spares? the shape of the boot or trunk lid is suspicious.
Also could probably strap another 4 tires to the protrusion of the trunk and cast it in a remake of Those Daring Young men in Their Jaunty jalopies The problem will be finding a replacement for the late Peter cook
