This 1966 Ford Ranchero was built by mercman86 on Ford-Trucks.com.

The Ranchero was purchased in decent shape, with only 31,000 miles on the engine.

The build involved a lot of rewiring work, as well as the usual rust repair. The builder fabricated a homemade exhaust, and coated the undercarriage with Rustoleum flat black.

This year of Ranchero was based on the Ford Falcon, so they shared some body and interior parts. Fortunately, the builder was able to locate various NOS exterior parts for the build.

The original red and white color scheme was repeated for the build, and the end result was a beautiful and drivable ride.
