The Ford Prefect 100e was sold by Ford UK in the '50s, with the Prefects marketed as a more upscale version of the Popular and Anglia. These days, it makes for a favorite hot rod, and this build, by ifan.miller on the excellent RodsNSods.co.uk, is a solid example.

The car includes a pro-mod bonnet, nice pinstriping, and incorporates miscellaneous parts bought from another 100e. Broadly, this is a high-tempo build thread on a build-heavy site. It spans 18 pages over 18 months, with numerous photo-heavy updates. Even if you're not a Prefect fan, this is a great demonstration of how to run a build thread.
