I have descriptive nouns and adjectives for what I really think these punks are in 5 different languages however none would be socially acceptable for printing.
Persons such as these the world over all demonstrate many of the same characteristics. which seems to be controlled by some genetic trigger that blocks all cognitive reasoning at any given moment. Also this trigger need not be limited to individuals we may think of as having diminutive IQ's, under educated or even highly educated persons can and do at times demonstrate much the same traits at any time.
