    I didn't watch the whole video - too long and too much detail plus I don't speak Spanish/Portuguese - but I think you'll want to put a hinged door in that left hand upright so you can access the left end of the spindle for jobs like:

    turning long items
    mounting collet drawbars and depth stops
    using a knockout bar to dislodge centers
    cleaning swarf from spindle bore

    Access to the back of the lathe for cleaning and servicing may be an issue too. Perhaps consider making all the structure above the table level removable?

    Thank you very much for your idea.

    I had planned to make a hole for the long bars, but you are right, the ideal would be to turn it into a door and be able to access the gears more easily.
