    I always thought the danger was with the initial weld though I suppose if the power was not too high it took a while for the steel to heat on the inside.

    What an idiot. Inert the tank with shield gas. You've got the bottle right there you half-wit. So not only did that bonehead lose his eyebrows, now the tank won't fit because the walls have been pushed out out and the f'n thing is round now.
