For the door, I was totally out of that black-coated 1.090" tubing. But I could use some 3/4" black iron, painted black, to make a door frame - it fit the connectors perfectly -

For a door, I had some 1" EMT, which at 1.160" was a little large, but would work -

For the hinges, I formed some strap hinges around the tube, and welded them to the door galvanized (yes, I ground off the zinc, and then sprayed some cold-galvanizing). I through-bolted them to the black frame, so the door can be removed -
